    DVus1 • 4d ago Years ago, I had won a collectible action figure from ebay, and it was at a lower price than what it sold for on average. Got an email from the selling saying that they mistakenly were out of stock, and they sent me the cost of the action figure. Well 2 issues with what was going on: 1. They didn't refund my order, they were sending me the money via Paypal and Paypal

    ended up charging me fees, resulting in me not getting a full refund. 2. Even thought they were "out of stock" and couldn't send me the one that I had won, they sure were able to send out ones to auctions that ended after mine that were at a higher prices than mine. After calling them out on this and informed them of what I was seeing

    and threatening to reports them, they ended up canceling the order and issue a full refund on top of what they had already sent me. So almost got a double refund!

    SSChevelle71 • 4d ago Seems like this guy had a better offer and wants you to cancel so he doesn't have to pay the eBay fee.. but if he cancels he'll have to. I doubt anything is cracked with a dropped headset. I beat mine like crazy in my gym bag with no issues.
